How are you??? And the new year? I hope you are doing fabulous. I was sick but now fully recovered, thank God BUT I must have passed it on to my son cos he is sick now :(. I hope you are doing well? I just wanted to check in with you to see how everyone is doing and also update on what is going on with my healthy self.
I recently started taking boxing classes. Let me tell you it is definitely a good work out. Your whole body especially your upper body is doing a lot of work. My first class was last week Friday and my next class is tomorrow. I wish I could do more classes during the week but my schedule won’t let me so I will stick to my Fridays for now. You should try it if you haven’t. It looks easy but boy oh boy, you need strength to keep at it.
I didn’t really cook much during the holidays because my mum was around and that made me lazy! BUT she left now and I am back to making my own meals and not eating the same thing 24/7. I am growing an interest for spirulizing vegetables and using it as a substitute for noodles/spaghetti. I had zunoodles (zucchini noodles) for dinner tonight and it was yummers! I will definitely be sharing some of my trials and recipes (good or bad).
Ehm…I have been working, taking my online course towards becoming a certified nutritionist. I hope to be done with that in about 5 months if I stick to my schedule..God help me!
